Two things this little girl loves more than most things.... her bike, and her daddy!!!
So, maybe, I am a close second.... but really I just love to see this little girl happy!! She melts my heart on almost any given day, with her sweet smile, and consistently happy demeanor! She has worked sooooo hard this year, to earn this bike. She worked hard in school, and especially in reading, to pass off the kindergarten level reading program while in preschool. She had a new bike in her sights, as was promised at the beginning.... and when it would get hard... she would say.... "I can do hard things"..... No sooner had she gotten on, and she was riding away ... to find friends.
I realized a little while later, how much she picks up on things from her mommy, when she brought several of her little friends from the neighborhood over..... notebooks in hand, sat together in the living room and announced... "ok, so what would you like to do for our young womens camp, ladies?"...... they kep busy for the afternoon happily making their plans for a "late-night" girls camp! Oh how her smile can light up a room!!
